Shipment addresses


Housley Enterprises ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Shipping rates calculated per order (depending on quantity, weight, size, and product destination).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes


Housley Enterprises is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).



Housley Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  • Send or return all items back to our store location within 15 days or your purchase.

  • A $300 restocking fee will occur on all returns.
